One Connected Life is a platform for personal integrity, accountability, and connection, operated from the Netherlands. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Provide accurate information when registering. Keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time.
Your content
You own everything you create — actions, promises, notes, all of it. We don't claim any rights over your content. We store it solely to provide the service to you.
Google Calendar integration
If you connect your Google Calendar, we read and write action events on your behalf. We only access the specific calendar you choose. We don't use your calendar data for any purpose other than the import/export features you initiate. You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account permissions.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass others, distribute malware, or do anything illegal under Dutch or EU law.
Availability
We aim to keep things running, but we're a small nonprofit — not an enterprise provider. No uptime guarantees.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify registered users by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to Dutch courts.
